We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician for several apartment complexes. Duties will include general maintenance, cleaning, light plumbing, electrical, door, lock repair, flooring sheetrock, painting, snow removal and other various duties. Need to be able to lift up to 50 LBS, climb stairs, ladders and roofs. Need to have reliable transportation and your own tools. Clean driving, and criminal history required. Our tenants are our number one priority so it is vital that the person selected for this role needs to be respectful and courteous to our residents.
This position will be full time as determined by business need. Salary range for this position will be $12-$18 per hour DOE. To ensure the safety and piece of mind of our residents we will run thorough background checks on all candidates prior to an offer being extended.
