Fortunately, this isnt going to be another BS post like youd find most places, because were not looking for a normal BS candidate. This job is for a motivated self-starter who wants to join a small aggressive team, and make a true impact. No cold-calling or pyramid-scheme nonsense here. Instead youll do straightforward hands-on work inside of local businesses. Youll get to befriend the owners of these businesses, all while working with a group of young & dynamic managers who believe in having fun, and empowering people who want to grow.
This job is for a regional ops and sales manager to join us at OxiFresh, and it requires no prior experience, other than being a responsible person that local business owners can come to depend on. Dependability is difficult to teach, but if you have it, we can train you in all the rest. You will learn operations skills, sales skills, and business management skills.
First, don't be fooled by the 'Oxi-fresh' name. Are we the regional carpet cleaning business who's vans you see on the highway? Yep. But that's only the tip of the iceberg this is a company on the move, applying new thinking to a traditional industry, and we're taking the space by storm. Come ride this wave with us.
The Important Stuff:
Pay: $24/hr on average, with potential to earn more as you learn the business.
Promotions: There is a clear path to upper management and leadership as you develop.
The Job: Youll visit local businesses and homes who have already purchased our services, and see that their spaces are cleaned up to our standards. We provide the equipment. On top of that, you will learn the ins and outs of business and help us to grow in your area.
Where: We currently have openings in Minot and Fargo/Moorhead. If you are elsewhere, we apologize, but we are growing quickly so feel free to apply, tell us where you are, and we will keep your record on hand for when we open in your area.
When: We can start you immediately. Full time preferred, but part time flexibility is possible for the right candidate.
