Job Type: Full-Time, M-F 9am-5pm (Some Outside hours may be required with notice)
Pay: $15/hr starting (Additional compensation may be available based on performance)
Are you ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to the creation of high-quality sleep products? Beds By Design, a leading mattress manufacturer, is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our production team as builders.
Job Responsibilities:
Mattress Assembly: Constructing mattresses according to established specifications and quality standards.
Material Handling: Handling various mattress components such as springs, foams, and fabrics efficiently and safely.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished mattresses for defects and ensuring they meet the company's quality standards.
Machine Operation: Operating machinery and tools used in the mattress manufacturing process.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a smooth workflow.
Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Following safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience in mattress manufacturing or a related industry is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy mattress components and work in a physically demanding environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and consistency of the final product.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting production deadlines.
