HireQuest Direct in Fargo is hiring TIG Welders for a local client! Temp-to-Hire opportunity with Full-Time hours available.
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 DOE
Shifts:
1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm-1 am.
OT as needed
Responsibilities:
Determines required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques.
Ignites torch and adjusts valves, amperage, or voltage to obtain desired flame or arc.
Cuts workpiece, using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping knife.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months experience with TIG Welding.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail-quality over quantity is a must.
Must be able to pass a weld test.
Attendance-must have a consistent work history and get to work on time every shift!
