This position is responsible for offering superior customer service per company standards and also for generating sales, yard maintenance, delivery, POS system management and loss prevention.

General Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Know and comply with the company's safety rules, policies and OSHA regulations including injury/incident/near miss reporting procedures. Bring problems to attention of Foreman, Supervisor, Superintendent, Safety Director, or Human Resource Manager.
2. Ensure each guest receives superior customer service per company standards.
3. Work with supervisor to maintain an appropriate product knowledge base; be informed of merchandise promotions and specials.
4. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and credit accountabilities in POS system.
5. Assist in lot maintenance including mowing grass, organizing merchandise, maintaining nursery stock, and general, everyday maintenance.
6. Work with supervisor and assist in inventory physical count and inventory management.
7. Assist customers with loading orders for loose or palleted items efficiently and to customer specifications.
8. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
