Our commitment continues to be meeting our client needs and providing a productive (and fun) atmosphere for our employees.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our team:

Write, develop, organize, and reviewproject studies, reports, and design documents for water resources projects.

Provide field services and construction oversight for water resources projects such as dams, levees, streams, and lakes.

Be a mentor and developyounger engineers to become effective water resource modelers, designers, planners, and project managers.

Engage in public speaking regarding civil engineerwater resources projects.

Likely Water Resource projects this role will be involved in are:hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, storm water planning, stream restoration, design of flood reduction and water quality improvements, and watershed-scale plans and studies.Qualifications

8+ years of experience in water resources engineering, preferably in the Midwest.

NDProfessional Engineers License or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.

Interest in leading others and pursuing continual growth as a leader.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel periodically.

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
