[Spherion Staffing has an Outside Sales Representative position available in Fargo (with surroundingterritory requirements). In this role you are responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships within the specified territories. Primary focus will be on expanding the companys footprint in the local market for the post-frame and steel-frame departments.Territories:

North Dakota: Cass, Traill, Richland Counties

Minnesota: Clay, Ottertail, Wilkin CountiesSalary: $70-90kResponsibilities:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, with a focus on post-frame and steel-frame construction

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other stakeholders

-Conduct regular site visits and meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions

-Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution

-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

-Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management[Requirements:

[-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

-2-4 years of sales experience, with a focus on construction or a related industry preferred

-Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

-Strong understanding of construction methods and materials

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

-Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required

-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
