Hornbacher's offers a fast paced team environment where providing excellent customer service is our priority!Hornbacher's is now taking applications for Full-time NightcrewManager at our Gateway West location.JOB SUMMARY:To organize and supervise the night stocking crew and to monitor store night operations.Responsibilities:Ensures customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.Monitors the cutting, sorting, and stocking of the grocery loads.Trains and monitors performance of night stock crew.Monitors store conditions during the night hours to ensure Hornbacher's standards are maintained throughout.Builds effective teams and ensures company policies and procedures are followed.Applicant should have excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
