The Network Administrator is responsible for the system network, software, phone system and company hardware.Accountable for the uptime of the internal network systems, communication systems, individual computers/devices, and integrity of company computer data. The Network Administrator will manage, maintain, advise, and provide trouble shooting and technical support throughout the organization. The Network Administrator will maintain the data integrity, security and analysis.Salary $55-65k/DOEResponsibilities:-Network infrastructure (System up time)-Company telecommunications infrastructure and devices (phone system, tablets, mobile phones, MDM)-Manage and Maintain hardware and software (employee and system devices)-Be the primary point of contact for Technical system, hardware, software support issues/queue-System network devices (Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.)-Ensure the server/workstation operating systems upgrades and patches up to date on most recent versions. Trouble shoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues-Maintain ready stock of computers for immediate replacement in case of a breakdown-Procure Replacement Devices and plans-Manage company mobile devices (phones, tablets, AirWatch, etc.)-Accountable for integrity and backup of company computer data-Accountable for providing analytical data to departments and employees of all companies-Accountable for Continuing Education about software, hardware, programming, reporting, systems, etc.Skills:-Communication skills-Team player-Problem solving skills-Technical skills-System Maintenance/Setup(Windows Servers,VSphere,Veeam Backups)-Data Analytics (SQL, SSRS/Power BI)-WordPress experience-Software (ERP System, CRM Systems, Microsoft Office 365 Administration, Microsoft Windows Administration)Requirements:-2 years experience of managing networks, servers, cloud and system set up-High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred Associates degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or related field)-Ability to communicate potential problems/trends to managers
