Not a remote opportunity. Summer and Fall Intern with the possibility of extension. We have an amazing Internship opportunity on our IT team. If you are in college and looking for hands on experience resolving issues with computers and gaining exposure into the field of IT, this will be a great opportunity for you. Our IT Intern will essentially work with our support team answering calls and assisting with support tickets. Along with various projects provided by our IT Support Manager. Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with co-workers and business stakeholders.
Provide on-going tech support for First International Bank & Trust.
Apply knowledge to real-life situations and problem solving.
Complete various projects assigned by the IT Support Manager or IT Support Team Lead.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an accredited university or collegiate program is required.
Must be pursuing a degree in a closely related field. (For example, IT, MIS, Computer Science, etc.)
Understanding and/or experience with different operating systems, software, hardware, etc. is preferred.
