Implementations and Solutioning Manager Department: KotapayLocation: Fargo, NDPT/FT/Temporary : Full Time START YOUR APPLICATION (https://apply.hrmdirect.com/resumedirect/ApplyOnline/Apply.aspx?reqid=2952469&source=2952469-CJB-0) First International Bank and Trust-s Kotapay division is an industry leading electronic payments processor that will settle over $100 billion in 2023 on behalf of 3200+ clients from across the U.S. We are a family-owned community bank and one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 best places to work for 10 years running.We are looking for someone to lead, manage, and organize new partner implementations to ensure FIBT, BaaS 2.0 platform and processing partners, service providers, networks and other third-party partners have the requirements needed to evaluate and setup new BaaS clients.Overnight travel to and from Fargo, ND or Sioux Falls, SD is likely every 6-8 weeks.Key Responsibilities:
Develop new partner and product implementation plans, monitor implementation progress, and ensure project timelines for multiple partner implementations with varying degrees of priority.
Manage product launch life cycles supporting internal teams including Partner Relations, Third Party Risk, Compliance Teams, Settlement, QA, and IT.
Develop the scope and statements of work for implementation of new programs and partners and evaluate opportunities for efficiencies.
Manage product launch related activities with internal and external partners.
Produce periodic reporting to both internal and external parties.
Produce implementation status updates to the Head of Payments and Strategy.
Work closely with technical and project management staff internally and externally to reconcile platform capabilities with partner needs and expectations.
Identify gaps in platform capabilities compared to marketplace needs and develop proposals and advocate for enhancements.
Develop, modify, and adhere to implementation procedures for consistent execution of projects.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients and partners during an implementation or to discuss future-state needs.
Ensure that statements of work are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Escalate concerns, issues, and risks to the appropriate stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience.
Five or more years of relevant project management experience.
Two or more years of direct experience with banking or payments processing systems which includes the use of payment cards/devices.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience with collaborative online project management tools (SmartSheet.com preferred) preferred.
Proven experience with basic, conceptual discussions concerning technical integration requirements, particularly relating to application programming interface (API) standards and information security preferred.
