The GMP-Source Biomanufacturing Operator is part of the GMP-Source Manufacturing department located in Fargo, ND, will be onsite working Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the GMP-Source Biomanufacturing Team and will be responsible for executing production events in a GMP-Source manufacturing environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Be trained to execute manufacturing processes such as transformations, cell banking, fermentation, including lysis, and chromatography
Keep manufacturing areas clean and audit-ready. Ensure a safety-first and audit-ready mindset and environment within manufacturing suites
Adhere to good manufacturing practices by following appropriate gowning protocols, standard operating procedures, and good documentation practices
Work as a team to improve and standardize manufacturing processes.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, move or carry up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
The essential requirements of the job include:
H.S. diploma or equivalent GED required.
Ability to read and write in English.
Ability to use hands, stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
