Work closely with Project Managers to prepare client invoices
Assist Project Managers with project reports and data to monitor project costs
Support Project Managers with monitoring A/R and collection efforts
Assist with processing company credit card transactions
Support for processing vendor payments
Support accounting team with other special projects as assigned

Associate degree in accounting or related field
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Able to plan and prioritize work efficiently
Able to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
