Compensation:
Starting pay is $8.25/hr (Federal minimum wage $7.25/hr + $1/hr)
Additional $1/hr if QuickBooks Certified

Requirements:
Must have own reliable computer
Must have high-speed, stable, wired internet (no cellular or radio-based ISPs)
Excellent proficiency with:
Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
POWER BI experience highly desirable!
Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, G-mail)
QuickBooks experience strongly preferred (additional pay if QB certified)
Extremely proficient in professional business English (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone, e-mail, text)
Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments
Financial reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks
Problem-solving skills, proactive thinking, and solution-oriented mindset
Polished, professional demeanor, especially when interacting with high-value clients
Primary Responsibilities:
Daily logging into Microsoft Dynamics AX and generating Power BI reports
Managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a professional, friendly manner
Data entry, expense tracking, financial reporting tasks
Various administrative tasks as assigned
