We work together to drive continuous improvement which enhances the customers experience and keeps our organization moving forward.This position is responsible for performing duties as it pertains to managing existing retirement plan client relationships with a focus on client retention (80%) and developing new relationships (20%).Measures of Success

Provide excellent consultation and service to retirement plan clients through email, phone, and in-person interactions.

Maintain client relationships, grow plan assets through increased deferral rates, complete and distribute detail-orientated plan correspondence and client presentation materials.

Prospecting to business clients by providing insights on fiduciary, technical, and operational retirement plan matters through the sales process.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for understanding and acting in accordance with the legal responsibilities of a Fiduciary, and effectively communicating this responsibility to retirement plan clients and prospects.

Participate in continuing education and trainings to stay up to date and acquainted with regulatory updates and effectively consult with retirement plan clients regarding improvements and changes to their plan document.

Work with department Manager to dispense updates to clients regarding changes to DOL or ERISAs rules and regulations.

Work closely with retirement plan clients to understand their business retirement plan objectives and provide guidance, support and solutions. Conduct annual plan reviews, discuss fee analysis and services.

Must have advanced knowledge of investments including basic economic data, the markets, asset classes, and target date funds.

Assist with the preparation, distribution and presentation of materials to clients and participants, both onsite and offsite.

Work with the Retirement Plan Services team at Bravera Wealth to assist and interact with participants and plan sponsors with inquiries including website access and other requests by way of in person, email, phone, fax and mail to ensure the retirement plan participant and or sponsors needs are met.

Input/update employee census information on Bravera Wealth systems, as well as assisting with the year-end verification processes.

Preparation of various reports by account, plan, and/or Company, as requested.

Assist with organizing schedules and work output for the Department.

Will be required to drive a company vehicle and overnight travel may be essential. Must maintain a clear driving record in order to maintain coverage under Braveras vehicle insurance provider.

Know and adhere to current Bravera Wealth Company policies and procedures.

Present sales materials to prospects.

Responsible for promoting teamwork and open communication among all functions of the Holding Company and with Subsidiaries.

Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

The employee will adhere to all trust rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.

Qualifications

Educ tion: HS diploma or equivalence, with 2-4 years of post-secondary education preferred;

Experience: Applicable job experience of less than five years in the retirement plan division of a trust or wealth department or experience working with administering a companys own retirement plan;

Knowledge of retirement plan administration preferred;

Ability to work in a team setting and be self-motivated;

Strong communication skills and effective listening skills;

Close attention to details and strong organizational skills;

Willing to learn new tasks and not afraid to take on a new challenge;

Ability to work with numbers accurately and attentively;

Knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping principles;

Working experience with Microsoft Office programs is necessary.
