Education and Events Lead

The Events & Education Lead is a food enthusiast who passionately engages guests in Eataly’s mission through events and educational programming. Reports to the Events & Education Manager.Executes public and private events including room set up and break down, preparing collateral, serveware, glassware, and linens for specialized cooking/wine/food knowledge classes, buyouts, tastings and private receptionsSupervises staff members during events to ensure smooth executionCompiles instructor biographies, Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s); and creates class registration pages onlineFosters accountability in departments and interdepartmental collaboration when planning eventsCompletes administrative tasksPerforms other duties as required or assigned
