We are looking for a Small Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team! In this position, you will be responsible for producing new sales and revenue growth for Small Enterprise Accounts that cover small business enterprises and range from 1-25 employees. You will be responsible for selling the full line of Brightspeed's products and services.As a Small Enterprise Account Executive, your duties and responsibilities will include:Focus on new business acquisition, inbound sales calls, web lead conversions and outbound call prospectingQualify leads, identifying decision makers, determine customer needs, explaining product/service variations and overcoming customer objectionsInitiate sales process promoting service, products, equipment, and capabilitiesCollaborate with customers to identify needs, creating solutions, and ensure a smooth sale processIdentify business opportunities to maintain sales goals and providing in-depth knowledge of competitors and suppliersPrepare and present presentations to prospective clientsResponsible for updating relevant customer information - including sales funnel activity, opportunity updates, maintenance of monthly goals, customer proposals and contractsEstablish and maintain relationships with key decision makers and customersProfessional Success Competencies:Communicating - Conveying information and ideas to others in a convincing and engaging manner through a variety of methods, both internal and externalProblem Solving and Decision Making – Identifying issues, problems, and opportunities; obtains and compares information from various sources to draw conclusions, develops and evaluates alternatives and solutions, solves problems, & chooses a course of actionDriving for Results - Setting ambitious standards of performance for self and the overall team; responsibility for work goals; initiates, focuses, and monitoring the efforts; proactively acting, and going beyondClient & Partner Relationships - Developing and sustaining relationships based on an understanding of client, partner and stakeholder needs and actions
