The Engineering Project Manager will manage a continuous pipeline of new product and customer solutions projects to grow revenue and expand margin.  This role is accountable for assigned projects' scope of work, schedule, and budget.  This person will facilitate all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously by leading cross functional teams to accomplish specific project objectives. Requirements Utilize the Bosch Product Engineering Process (PEP) to plan and drive the projects progress through the project phase gates. Analyze assigned projects, establish schedules, actions & project parameters, and drive processes to accomplish objectives. Make use of established project management tools to create and manage risk-based project schedules including: generating tasks, estimates, dependencies and milestones. Lead a cross functional project teams comprised of product management, engineering, quality, accounting, process development, manufacturing, production planning, logistics, purchasing and other stakeholders. Establish a communication plan with project stakeholders and project steering committee and escalate issues for resolution when appropriate. Champion request for capital expenditures with stakeholders and steering committee. Assess cross-functional resource requirements and proactively engage sponsors and functional leaders to fill resource gaps on a timely basis to ensure project success. Maintain internal/external customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, resolving conflict, implementing corrective action, and communicating with project team and stakeholders. Contribute to the development of standard work and best practices to enable process continuous improvement.
