Sales Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for boosting the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative trainer experienced in the design and delivery of highly effective programs that focus on improving the effectiveness, productivity, training, and overall sales results.

Salary range: $51000 - $61000 per year.

• Work closely with all the necessary teams to position the company's presence and voice to align with the goals for growth and to best reach targeted clientele.

• Generate and nurture new business by successfully executing on a sales plan.

• Devise and implement an awesome strategy to meet sales performance targets.

• Prepare for client appointments by performing client research and leveraging available resources.

• Locate and analyze sales trends, service areas, and sales opportunities based on compiled data.

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve issues and close sales.

• Identify and approach prospects (brands or agencies) either by phone or email.

• Evaluate customer needs and identifies the proper resources to accomplish the goal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum one-year business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation

• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated leadership with a self-motivated desire to advance

• Geographic territory sales experience a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ambitious, posses a strong work ethic, and an earnest willingness to learn

• Results-driven attitude with a hunger for success

• Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team
