Capital RV of Bismarck is seeking to hire Entry Level RV Technicians to join our team to troubleshoot and repair a variety of RV systems and appliances. With many RV travelers on the highways, our service department is very busy, and we are hiring to meet customer demand. With our in-house technician training program, you will be learning valuable on-the-job skills right away!No experience necessary! Responsibilities - Entry-Level Technician:
Provide and document complete diagnostic tests, repairs, or replacement services to customers
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance and repairs
Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards
Maintain a safe and clean work area
Qualifications - Entry-Level Technician:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Valid Driver’s license and good driving record is required
No experience necessary! Experience as a Handyman, and/or HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry experience is a plus!
Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools
Ability to move RVs of various sizes
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
