Participants will be cheerleading at the Sunday youth flag football games.
Leads participants in cheerleading activities during youthflag football games using an approach that promotes skill development insupport of the YMCA mission and goals.
Demonstrates proper technique and terminology of sport. Provides effective information and support to participants.
Builds effective, authentic relationships with participants and parents; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA.
Follows YMCA policies and procedures. Assures safety of participants by enforcing YMCA game and building guidelines. Responds immediately and appropriately to unexpected situations and emergencies.
