[-[Responsible for working with our clients to provide the appropriate talent to fill their needs
[-Assist with the sales process and manage applicants/employees through service action for our wonderful customers
[-[Create, post and market open orders
[-Network locally - Candidate, Customer Lead Generation, Create Brand -Awareness, and Community Involvement
[-Conduct interviews with candidates
[-Proactively market top candidates to customers
[-Hire and place candidates for assignments
[-Manage employees on assignment care

[-Client visits, identification of new opportunities, lead generation
