Job OverviewThe Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Campaigns and ABM is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of enterprise marketing programs from concept through release, working alongside the marketing, sales, and operations teams. This role will be responsible for the campaign architecture and design of our account-based marketing programs with the primary goal of optimizing the buyer journey and increasing performance across pipeline, bookings, and customer retention. We need this person to be a self-starter who takes the initiative and can proactively identify issues/opportunities and recommend solutions, while staying on top of account-based marketing methodologies for segmentation and personalization. Own global integrated campaign planning process and work with DG, reputation, engagement, and enablement leaders to develop & implement integrated campaign plans aligning efforts and output against top strategic priorities, with clear goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics

Develop, support, and lead staff of marketing campaign and program managers to implement department strategies and key account-based marketing initiatives

Manage and build a team by coaching and developing existing members and closing gaps where needed

Create and optimize buyer journey maps for key personas within global campaigns, identify content gaps and content needs (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)

Coordinate with internal production teams on buyer persona and buyer journey content asset creation for each campaign

Guide internal cross-functional teams and external agencies through content & campaign development, design and implementation

Develop and complete high-impact, B2B campaign plans that can scale globally across prospect and customer to achieve pipeline and revenue goals

Develop and optimize framework to implement 1 to 1, 1 to few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied enterprise targets

Successfully leverage subject matter authorities across functional areas to deliver well considered plans and campaign outcomes that lead to desired performance results

Partner with planning teams to develop campaign briefs and detailed project plans including campaign goals, theme, messaging, marketing distribution channel summary and campaign schedule

Lead all aspects of our campaign calendar and communicate to marketing team and larger organization the 6-12 month vision of programs to achieve business objectives

Develop program and campaign scorecard, regularly track targets, results and provide updates; Use campaign and pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities; lead periodic campaign reviews and share regular updates to key partners and Executive Leadership

Supervise industry landscape to develop go-to-market strategies to reach target personas and identify gaps within strategic accounts

Develop data and insight strategy to add key personas to the prospecting database

Provide ongoing data, engagement, and insights on target accounts and contacts within these accounts using internal tools and resources to contribute to GTM teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

7+ years of related experience in campaign management / demand generation / account based marketing

3+ years management experience leading and growing a marketing team preferred

Successful marketing experience in planning, developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns for B2B tech/SaaS products

Experience leading campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation strategies, campaign analysis, messaging and positioning, creative, content development and the marketing mix across the buyer’s journey,

Strong analytical skills, data driven, and obsessed with achieving set goals and return on investment

Ability to understand what motivates buyers and translate that into content and campaigns

Experience influencing cross-functionally and at all levels to deliver on business goals

Standout communication skills with outstanding ability to collaborate constructively and cross-functionally

Track record of optimally prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously

Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Tableau, and other ABM tools

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that is experiencing high growth
