Re-Ignite Career Reentry Program (Current and Future Opportunities) - 00001JX5DescriptionRe-Ignite is an onboarding, networking, and development program designed to support new hires at Johnson & Johnson in any role when they relaunch their careers after a career break of two years or longer.Eligible candidates may apply for any full-time roles on careers.jnj.com . All new hires returning after a career break of two or more years may be eligible to join the program and, in doing so, would receive all community, development, and networking support.Program-eligible candidates have two ways to receive support from Re-Ignite:
Returnship roles, paid four to six-month internship or contract roles (based on local policies) with the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position upon completion. With the intent to convert participants to full-time, hiring managers work to determine if there is an opportunity to transition to a permanent role that suits the individual’s skill sets and career goals, as well as the needs of the business.
Full-time hires are eligible to be part of the Re-Ignite program and enjoy the same support and resources for their first six months with Johnson & Johnson.

Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree
A minimum of two years experience working in your field
Possess a current break from your field for 2 or more years
Meet the minimum required qualifications for the specific opportunity you're applying for
Willing to work in the geography for the opportunity you're applying for in-office or on a hybrid schedule
