[Exciting Opportunity at The GOD'S CHILD Project Bismarck Office![Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of at-risk children and families worldwide? The GOD'S CHILD Project (GCP), a distinguished 501(C)3 North Dakota-incorporated non-profit organization focused on health, education, and development, is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to join our team in Bismarck, ND.[About Us: At GCP, we're more than just a non-profit organization. We're a Christ-based, non-denominational, non-political organization committed to providing direct assistance to vulnerable individuals and communities. Founded by Bismarck-native Patrick Atkinson in 1991, our mission spans from rescuing orphaned adolescents in war zones to preventing human trafficking globally.[The Role: As our Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our donors, programs, and daily operations. You'll work closely with our dedicated team in Bismarck and Minneapolis, enjoying a positive, collaborative work environment that emphasizes work-life balance. Your responsibilities will include managing office operations, communications, donor relations, volunteer coordination, event planning, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks.[What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone with a genuine passion for our mission, excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and the ability to multitask effectively. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as non-profit management, marketing, business administration, or similar) is desired, along with experience in non-profit management or a similar role. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a strong sense of cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.
