Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleThe Network Implementation Program Manager will plan, schedule, coordinate, and project manage a wide variety of projects involving the construction of OSP facilities, buildings, road moves, etc. including the oversight of engineers, construction supervisors, contractors, various trade workers, project managers, etc to effectively monitor and manage quality and completion of work and resolve specific issues. This position must ensure projects are completed with quality, on budget and within time constraints. This position will update and report to our Manager of Field Operations.LocationWork Location - Little Rock, AR or Shreveport, LAThe Main Responsibilities

End to end project management

Relationship building with Vendors

Quality audit of work performed by vendors

Responsible for work load balancing among resources

Responsible for functional management of a market

Field interface for engineering or construction

Typically responsible for a single discipline

Moderate to Complex work using external vendors: network expansion, relocations, building adds

What We Look For in a CandidateRequired

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience or 2-3 years with a Master's Degree.

Fully seasoned with typically 5+ years professional experience.

Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office

Fluent on current approved products and technology

CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
