The AMVETS club manager is a title that is given to individual in charge of managing the following functions.

Bar Operations

Kitchen Operations

Event Center Planning

Gaming Operations

ATM Operations

The manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the managers/functions listed above.

The key focus is to provide an exceptional customer experience to members and non -members of the Post while in and around an activity associated with AMVETS Post 9.

The Club manager is responsible for staffing the club, overseeing members activities, and ensuring that the club is in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

They are also in charge of ensuring that the club provides a positive customer experience for its members and non-members.Job Overview:

Our AMVETS Club Manager will be responsible for all operations within the Club. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a club or similar business, and will be able to handle all of the day-to-day tasks that come with the job. Maintain a positive image for the facility

Maintain positive relationships with vendors, staff, members, and other partners

Provide support for staff, members, non-members and vendors

Assist in the creation of event and marketing plans and budgets

Oversee all club operations

Decide which areas need to be expanded upon, and which areas need improvement

Establish sales objectives

Create and maintain a positive image for the club

Create and maintain a positive image for the facility

Maintain positive relationships with vendors, staff, members, non-members and other partners

Develop a new member acquisition plan and existing member retention plan

Assist in the creation of event and marketing plans and budgets while using existing software whether that be Quickbooks or other approved software programs accepted in the club operations industry.

Oversee all club operations

Decide which areas need to be expanded upon, and which areas need improvement and present this plan to the Executive Board and Board of Trustees.

Establish sales and marketing growth objectives for the club.
