DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
PURPOSE:
Performs preventive maintenance on trailers, tractors and yard tractors. Responsible for diagnosing and repairing medium to heavy
duty refrigerated trucks and trailers.SCHEDULE:
Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pmESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform Preventive Maintenance, Inspections and General Repairs
Air and Hydraulic Brake Diagnostics and Repairs including ABS systems
Electrical Diagnostics and Repair
Diagnose and repair Liftgate systems, Weld and Fabricate as needed
Diagnose drivelines, steering, suspensions and repair
Charge all parts to repair orders
Perform Tire and Wheel End Maintenance as needed
Perform quality work and quantity production
Repair order entry and time accountability in RTA Maintenance Program
Assist mechanics in repairs and continue to learn advanced diagnostics, repairs and systems
