Project Manager Location: Arnegard, NDJob Id: 4191 # of Openings: 1 Project Manager (Arnegard, ND) Pay: $40 - $48 per hour Expiration Date of Job Posting: Continuous Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and successful execution of client projects consistent with the strategy of and within the resource capability of Winn-Marion. Works closely with and serves as a point of contact with the client and with the Winn-Marion service personnel, the Branch Manager, sales personnel, and operational personnel. The Project Manager will also identify, evaluate, and develop the project methods, procedures, and personnel to ensure that each project is performed with efficiency, good business practice, adherence to safety protocols, with effective cost controls, and to the customer satisfaction. Job Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution is required, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering degree or Journeyman Electrician is preferred.

Previous experience in the oil and gas industry a plus.

Valid driver’s license with good MVR required.

Must have expert knowledge on the ABB Totalflow Automation products used by the company and be quick to learn new products as well.

Prior Project Management experience preferred with knowledge of fundamentals of project management.

Demonstrated computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

Mechanical aptitude and experience, familiar with working with tools.

Previous experience with supervising and delegating work to subordinates and ability to evaluate their performance.

Must possess strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Must have strong communication skills.

Good at multi-tasking, organization skills, and timeline development.

Able to speak, write, and read the English language.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Complies with all safety work procedures.

Performs field work as needed.

Facilitates and coordinates personnel, resources, and proper execution of projects.

Maintain expertise on products being utilized in the field by company Service Technicians.

Ability to independently identify and resolve project issues.

Confer with managers and supervisors to identify staffing needs for projects.

Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the project.

Maintains professional behavior and proper communication with internal and external contacts, including company employees, customers, and outside vendors.

Works closely and effectively with other department managers to coordinate project logistics, project inventory, and the assignment of personnel resources.

Other Job Functions:

Effectively manages time, follows directions and completes work within specified time.

Complies with all company policies and OSHA rules while carrying out all work processes.

Successfully completes requested training classes and maintain all necessary safety certificates.

Maintains a sound understanding of all industry safety norms and regulations as they relate to service operations.

Keeps work area clean, organized, and hazard free.

Efficiently follow orders from manager. Able to meet or deliver before the required deadlines.

Properly utilize and care for and secure all company tools, supplies, and vehicles.

Checks and responds to all company communications on all scheduled workdays, including voice mail, emails, and text messages. Makes sure that old voice mails are cleared regularly so that the mailbox does not get full.

Complies with all applicable Company safety requirements.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Conditions:

Able to sit at computer work station for long periods.

Able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 60 pounds.

Able to perform general office administrative activities of copying, filing, faxing, and using the telephone.

Able to climb stairs, work at heights, or confined spaces.

Maintain regular and on-time attendance. Position is 30 – 40 hours per week but may exceed 40 hours per week.

May require occasional travel by air or vehicle to out of state locations when requested by Company.
