We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring the seamless implementation of HR technology, mostly focused on Workday and specifically Workday integrations. You will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure that our HR systems are aligned with Rituals' objectives, while continuously identifying opportunities for process and integration improvements and optimizations. Your ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable insights will be key to driving successful outcomes.You will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from gathering business requirements and documenting them, to supporting the testing and implementation phases. Creative problem-solving, excellent communication, and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role. As we continuously evolve, you will help ensure that we maintain a clear vision and focus on delivering solutions that make a difference for the business. Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders (HR, IT, Payroll) to document detailed HR tech requirements, focusing on Workday and integrations.Process Optimization: Analyze and improve business processes for efficiency and integration compatibility.Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to create actionable functional specs, solving complex issues with clarity.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for integration-related topics, ensuring clear communication and expert advice.Testing Support: Oversee unit and user acceptance testing to meet business needs and quality standards.Problem Resolution: Address and prevent workflow disruptions.Integration Monitoring: Monitor the performance of ±30 (payroll) outbound Workday integrations, identifying areas of improvements.Data-Driven Insights: Develop and utilize Workday reports to validate integration output.Expert Consultation: Leverage insights and guidance from our AMS partner on specialized topics to ensure alignment with industry best practices and expert solutions.Project SupportDocumentation: Maintain clear project records in Jira and Confluence.Risk Management: Proactively identify risks or issues that could affect project outcomes, helping to mitigate them early in the process.Collaboration: Align business and tech teams on requirements, progress, and timelines.Subproject Leadership: Lead subprojects, ensuring efficient planning, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
