You must have basic construction experience to be considered to start. You must be able to read a tape measure and add and subtract fractions without difficulty. Typical jobs include PVC/composite/pine decking. Screened in covered structures. Ability to set windows and doors occasionally. More Experienced candidates (5+years) will be paid more to start. Good labor is hard to find and we understand and appreciate that.
$18-$25 range of starting pay. $30/hour will be gained with enough time with the company.
Pay advances and partnership ability without having to buy in is the path for this to be a career for the right person.
