Kinley Residential is looking for a Property Manager to handle the on-site management of a recently acquired property by one of its clients. This might be a great opportunity for a leasing consultant or assistant property manager who is seeking more responsibility and their next opportunity. The property is currently undergoing some improvements to provide both renovated and classic units for rent. If you are looking to gain experience in the repositioning of a property this is your opportunity. The duties of this position include leasing, collections, management, and maintenance coordination for the property. We prefer to work Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm but during this lease up process a few hours on Saturday may be required.
