We are a busy and growing construction company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and manage emails
Schedule meetings and coordinate project calendars
Prepare and organize documents, contracts, and reports
Assist with payroll, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
Support project managers and field staff as needed
Maintain filing systems and databases
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior administrative experience preferred (construction or trades industry a plus)
Ability to multitask and work independently
High school diploma or equivalent required
Compensation:
$20–$25 per hour, based on experience
