Winston Salem Personal Injury law firm is seeking a legal assistant to act as pre-litigation case manager. Must have experience handling North Carolina personal injury cases. Case management involves requesting and gathering medical records and bills, medical record review, ongoing client contact, insurance filings, and all aspects of personal injury case-work related to automobile accident cases. Experience in insurance claims would be helpful, but experience with medical records review and clerical proficiency is essential.
