Job SummaryReporting to the Director of Emerging Talent and Workforce Development. The Inclusion and Pipeline Manager will be a people and operational leader that partners with key stakeholders to develop and facilitate early talent and workforce development programs, drive operational initiatives to improve team member engagement, support the system to develop diverse pipeline talent that reflects the communities Novant Health serves, and implement scalable programs that will create business value and the future workforce of Novant Health. This role will create, facilitate, and implement strategies into actionable objectives and develop key performance indicators into all business and people processes. This person must reside in one of our current regions: Charlotte, Winston-Salem, or Wilmington NC areas. Qualifications

Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Human Resources Management and inclusion and pipeline experience, with the ability to drive team performance.

Experience: Two years Direct People Management Experience, required.

Additional Skills (required):

Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed. Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner.

Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Influence: Builds strong, influential relationships with senior stakeholders and provide advice and guidance to ensure effective outcomes.

Analytical: Gathers and interprets data to produce recommendations and action plans

Additional Skills (preferred):

Intellectual depth, moral integrity, personal vision, creativity, leadership skills, fortitude, sincerity, and diplomacy.
