In this critical role you will be responsible for ensuring our pricing, promotion, and customer payment solutions are developed and deployed effectively.

Leading new projects and initiatives, from initial interaction with clients during the requirements discovery phase through implementation and deployment of the completed project

Leading the technical direction for areas of responsibility by driving decisions and leading our technology delivery teams

Operational excellence and continuous improvement for responsible processes/systems

Leading and driving technical support teams toward project milestones and accurate delivery. Ability to manage and work through technical solutioning including identifying key requirements, technical limitations, and blockers to project delivery.

Responsible for identifying technical gaps and potential solutions with technical support teams in order to drive business value.

Responsible for architecting backend solutions to support retailer and wholesaler payments

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?

Are you experienced in all these technology areas: SQL and/or python programming, cloud computing ecosystems (AWS or Azure), modern database systems, ETL technologies & methods?

Are you experienced leading projects and vendors?

Are you comfortable communicating to various levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEExperience Required

Minimum 2 years IT or related experience

Large, cross-functional project experience requiring extensive business client collaboration

Experience in enterprise-level integration tools, techniques, & architecture

Experience with project management and Agile software development experience

Experience in team-based work; thrives in a flexible atmosphere and can easily adapt to changing priorities

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

Ability to effectively identify technical gaps and potential solutions with technical support teams in order to drive business value.

Strong technical proficiency in the following

Modern database systems, SQL and/or python programming

Cloud computing & big data technologies (AWS preferred)

ETL technologies/methods

Desire to be a self-starter by taking the initiative to lead and influence others to accomplish goals

Eager to come up with new technical process to help drive efficiencies for our Growth Management toolsets

Familiarity with BI/Analytic tools

MS Office proficiency

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

4-year degree with a focus in computer science, information technology, or related field

Experience managing multiple development/project teams’ code deployment utilizing a CI/CD pipeline, automated testing platforms, etc.
