Position Summary: Are you a seasoned IT Project Manager with a passion for leading technology projects in the sales and marketing domain? We are looking for a talented individual to join our IT department and spearhead projects that enhance marketing and sales tools. As an IT Project Manager, you will work closely with our marketing and sales teams, internal development teams, and external partners to deliver impactful technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate technology projects with marketing and sales teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and external partners to deliver software tools and system enhancements.

Manage project scope, conduct business process reviews, and create project specifications.

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.

Identify and mitigate project risks.

Prioritize projects and demonstrate ROI to business leaders.

Develop and manage project budgets.

Align with software development teams on project goals and timelines.

Facilitate communication between developers and stakeholders.

Prioritize and maintain the software development team backlog.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

Coordinate and approve release activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience managing IT projects.

2+ years of experience in an agile software delivery environment.

Experience in B2B e-commerce and support is strongly preferred.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CPO are highly desirable.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Deep understanding of the software development life cycle.

Ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams.

Flexibility to coordinate with offshore teams and colleagues in varying time zones.

Strong focus on customer service and aligning IT projects with business needs.

This position is Monday – Thursday 7:30a-5:30p and Fridays 7:30a-11:30a. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off (13 days in your first year that you start earning immediately), Paid Holidays from day one, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of if you contribute!).
