This role involves overseeing technology projects, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring that technology initiatives align with the company’s overall business goals. Drive Innovative New Consumer Capabilities : Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of consumer-facing technologies, and digital solutions. Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology solutions.
Develop Strong Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business customers, aligning on shared agendas and transformation roadmaps.
Oversee Technology Projects : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects involving Adobe products, consumer databases, CDPs, and rewards platforms, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
Lead Technology Teams : Provide leadership and direction to technology teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Lead and Develop a Talented Team of individual contributors, including mentoring, career development, and guidance on delivery execution.
Ensure Technology Integration : Oversee the seamless integration of Adobe solutions, consumer databases, CDPs, and rewards platforms into existing systems, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Manage Technology Budgets : Develop and manage budgets for technology projects, including yearly planning, vendor management, invoices,and tracking of both opex and capex expenditures
Ensure Security and Compliance : Implement and maintain security protocols to protect consumer data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Vendor Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor performance aligns with organizational goals and standards.
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
Do you have a strong background in technology management, a deep understanding of consumer technologies, and experience with consumer data management, CDPs, vendor relationships, and rewards platforms?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience of experience in technology management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Extensive experience with Adobe technologies, consumer databases, CDPs, vendor management, and rewards platforms such as Merkle's LoyaltyPlus platform.
7+ years of experience in a business or technology role with proven experience aligning diverse agendas across technology, executive and business stakeholders.
5+ years managing technology vendors and partners.
5+ years of experience in program & project management for technology projects, application of technology, operational business processes and vendor performance management.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience managing near shore and off shore teams.
Exceptional communications skills with the ability to clearly articulate the value of technical solutions to non-technical colleagues.
Stakeholder Relationship Management: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business customers, aligning on shared agendas and roadmaps.
Demonstrated Project Management expertise delivering business benefits on time, within scope and within budget.
Team Development: Proven ability to develop a talented team of individual contributors, including mentoring, career development, and delivery execution.
Strong strategic, analytical and creative thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, and project team members.
Excellent client facing and internal communication skills - both verbal and written.
