- Ensure all processes and policies pertaining to Change and Release Management are up-to-date and followed
- Review Change Tickets for accuracy, required fields, appropriate timelines and descriptions
- Review Release Tickets for accuracy and confirm required documentation is attached
- Ensure standardized methods, processes, and procedures are followed when introducing changes and new application releases
- Ensure ticket workflows and lifecycles are followed
- Prepare reports and metrics relating to change management
- Work with Product and O&T teams to review/discuss Maintenance Windows
- 5+ years of Change Management experience (designing and executing)
- 5+ years of Release Management experience
- 5+ years of experience with an IT Service Management ticketing system
- 3+ years of Service Now experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide clear updates to all levels of the organization
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation v3
