Hiring for Call Center Representatives (english or bilingual) to join our team at a major Beverage Distributor.

Job details: Receive incoming calls from customers. Must maintain an average call handle time of less than 300 seconds. Be able to take initiative and find resolutions during the initial call. The position will start virtual (working from home). The individual hired must be flexible to work on-site in Winston-Salem, NC.

Education / Experience Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in a Call Center environment Computer skills - Must have experience with Windows Applications to include Outlook and Excel (Oracle a plus). Analytical, Assertive and Results Driven Strong Organizational skills

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus

Must have: Working Internet Connection at home

Internet Requirements Broadband connection with at least 10mbs download/5 mbs upload speed Hardwired internet connection
