Specialists provide book management leadership, administrative support, data, and materials that enable leaders to execute routines, behaviors and activities in the field. In addition, specialists assist with financial planning execution, new hire onboarding, offboarding, brand management, digital support and training for client facing teammates, operations support and serve as subject matter experts on tools, system applications, and other daily operating items.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Deliver quality material and resources for use during leadership routines and meetings

Assist with scheduling and planning of routines and activities within the line of business and/or region

Interact with internal and/or external clients to answer questions, research and resolve problems requiring in-depth knowledge of the function

Provide best in class administrative support to leaders that include expense management, travel planning, ad hoc reporting and other assigned tasks

Support and participate in training sessions, business initiatives, and other special projects as assigned

Execute on all risk management disciplines and expectations; includes following guidelines, monitoring region training completion, and driving training completion of assigned teams

Effectively execute on multiple responsibilities simultaneously and ensure that all associated timelines and deliverables are fully met

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (region directors, team directors, premier bankers, and partners) that provide value and drive efficiency and effectiveness in the business

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to deal discreetly with confidential information

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with acceptable keyboarding skills

Proficient office software, office hardware, spreadsheet and PC database skills

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of progressively more complex or responsible related experience
