Work Schedule Variable shift, 7-10 hr/shift, rotate weekendsPosition Summary:Coordinates and provides for the pharmaceutical care of patients through dispensing, distribution, and clinical pharmacy services. · Reviews, interprets and verifies physician orders.

· Evaluates the appropriateness of drug selection.

· Evaluates for order completeness.

· Performs pharmacokinetic dosing

· Identifies, prevents, and resolves potential or actual drug-related problems.

· Reviews medication orders for the fulfillment of medication-related quality measures and antibiotic stewardship guidelines

· Works as part of an interdisciplinary team to manage drug therapy

· Provides patient, clinical staff, and physician education.

· Documents all clinical interventions.

· Technician supervision

· Verifies accuracy of technician medication-related filling tasks.

· Maintains adequate knowledge of equipment, automation systems, and computer software.Qualifications - ExternalMinimum EducationBS Pharm degreeRequired SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. . Must be able to multitask while maintaining focus in a demanding environment.Required Licenses/Pharmacist/
