Receive workflow items, retrieve account information, and execute requests.

Exceed consistently production and quality defined goals.

Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of systems and processes while recognizing gaps, and maintaining a growth mindset.

Assist with researching complex issues and provide innovative solutions.

Resolve escalated issues.

Develop positive communication and relationships with peers, partners, and external clients and support initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Motivate, train, counsel, and encourage lower level teammate's consistency of operations.

Recognize downstream implication of work performed and the impact on the success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Associate's Degree or work related experience, or equivalent education and related training

Three years of banking or financial services experience, preferably in a high paced, high volume environment

Detail oriented and proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products

Knowledge of regulatory, external, and internal compliance requirements and guidelines

Must be able to communicate effectively across multiple levels of lending personnel, including strong written and verbal communications

Strong time management, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills

Aptitude to read and interpret complex loan documents and loan structures

Sound decision making skills that demonstrate flexibility, resourcefulness and the ability to work independently

Demonstrates ability to work in an area governed by production standards, heavy workloads and critical

deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree

Five years of previous banking or financial services experience
