Local Remodeling / New Construction Company looking to hire two more skilled remodeling carpenters.
We focus mainly on additions, kitchens and baths, screened porches, sunrooms, decks, and general remodeling. We also build 1 or 2 custom homes each year.
All our work is local.
We are not looking for any subs.
The following trades are required:
1. Light framing
2. Interior trim
3. Window and Door Installations
4. Decks and how to low out decks.
5. Hardi trim and siding
6. Flooring- Mainly self floating floors - Engineered or LVP
The following trades are not required, but would be helpful from time to time:
1. Cabinetry Installs.
2. Custom Built Ins
3. Tile Work
4. Drywall
5. Painting
We are not in need of any sub contractors, electricians, hvac techs, plumbers, landscapers, or roofers.
The following is required:
1. Valid Drivers License
2. Pass a Background Check. No Felons.
3. Smart Phone (Able to use a gps, our clock in/out app, and take photos)
4. Truck, Van, or SUV
5. Most of your own power and hand tools.
6. Punctual and Communicate well with our clients.
7. Self Motivated and can work well on your own when necessary.
All of our work is in New Hanover County. Rarely Leland and Rarely Hampstead.
