Are you a seasoned HVAC professional with a passion for excellence and teaching? One Hour Magic is seeking a dedicated Installation Supervisor/Technical Trainer to lead and elevate our team of installers and technicians.
Key Requirement: H3-1 HVAC License or Higher
This position requires a state HVAC license of H3-1 or higher. Candidates without this credential will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation Oversight: Review and inspect all new HVAC installations to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Training & Development: Train installers and technicians in all aspects of HVAC, including best practices, technical knowledge, and customer service.
Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team committed to excellence.
Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to state and federal regulations, codes, and company standards.
Qualifications:
State HVAC license of H3-1 or higher (required).
Proven experience in HVAC installation and technical training.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
