In Need of Skilled Handyman, Painter, Wood Replacement

A Home Repair company is in need of several types of skilled trades. We need people that can do some or all of the following types of work: carpentry, wood replacement, deck work, drywall repair, painting, door installation, window installation, light replacement and faucet replacement. Must have reliable transportation to get to different jobs sites in the Topsail Beach, Hampstead, and Holly Ridge area. Must have your own general liability insurance or the ability to obtain it. Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US. You will interact with customers so you have to have the correct demeanor to do so. This is a 1099 Contractor job so you will not be an employee of the company. We will pay you weekly for work completed and pay varies per job, but generally the hourly rate works out to be between $30 to $40 an hour.
