Our rapidly expanding and growing company is seeking a leader as a New Construction Coordinator. This position requires HVAC knowledge and experience in leading people.
Responsible to ensure, daily jobs are managed efficiently and timely. Requires excellent communication skills, organization skills, follow up skills and ability to interact with builders, the trades, etc. As a leader, you will need to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and ability in the HVAC Field. Prepare job schedules for the team, ensure equipment is ordered and pulled for the jobs, follow up to ensure excellence in workmanship and coordinate the teams to gain on time-performance.
