Carpenters

I’m looking to hire 2 to 3 guys

2 carpenters and a helper ( not a laborer a helper which is someone with general construction knowledge )

Carpenters : I’m looking for someone I can leave alone and you are productive. I don’t need to be repetitive and you are an adult that shows up to work everyday. An actual carpenter that can build a deck / do siding / get on a ladder and walkboard / swap windows / set doors / do trim work. Not someone I have to explain how to do those things.

If you can’t do the above please don’t contact me. I work on $1 million dollar plus homes so I dont have time to babysit or have my time wasted

If you come over and can’t do the things you say you can do then you will be paid $10 an hour for the day and that’s a wrap so make sure you know your own capabilities.

I have a great group of guys that show up everyday so make sure you are capable of that as well as the boat will not get rocked. We have laid back days and are all self accountable.

You are on the 7:30 ferry over and 3:00 off so I make sure you have plenty of time in the afternoon to have a life and I don’t bother anyone to work weekends etc.

Starting pay depends on experience.
