5. Post-Production Supervision: Work closely with editors and post-production team members to review footage, provide feedback, and ensure the final edit aligns with the original script and meets quality standards.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards, making necessary revisions as needed.
Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education:
1. Previous Experience: Demonstrated experience in video production, including hands-on experience with pre-production, production, and post-production processes. Prior experience working with assigned scripts is preferred.
2. Creative Vision: Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, with the ability to translate scripts into captivating visual narratives that evoke emotion and engage viewers.
3. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
4. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in video production equipment, software, and techniques, including camera operation, lighting design, audio recording, and non-linear editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Expectations: Film on-site in Theresa, NY, for 4-5x hours. Produce a rough draft 4-6min. video within two weeks after the initial film date, adjust based on comments, and produce a final draft 2 weeks after that.
Bring your own equipment, but it does not have to be top grade stuff, just something to record video and audio with. A current gen iPhone with a mic setup will work.
All the work/filming will be done on weekends but we are flexible as far as schedule.
