Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service department - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues - Communicate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs - Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance services - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workload - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the completed work - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
